All products come with a lifetime repair guarantee. Send us an email with photo(s) and your concern(s) and we will give you instructions on how to send it for repair.

Care Instructions 🏷️

On the product listings you will find care instructions in the item description section. Most items listed in our shop will require cold wash, tumble dry low or spot clean. Most items in our shop are 100% washable. If you are concerned about shrinking, we recommend washing your products and hang drying them. Tumble dry low is the safest setting to dry if putting it in dryer.

Alterations 🧵

All bags come with a lifetime of complementary repair. Message the shop on IG or send an email to contact@missdreamer.shop.

We can alter your pant inseam or sleeve if you have specific measurement requirements. Please include that in the notes when ordering and message the shop with your order number.

Shipping 📦 🚚

We ship anywhere within the US & US territories. Please allow 1 - 7 days depending on location to arrive after processing (1-2 days) for standard shipping. We ship quickly & same day!

Returns & Exchanges 🔄

All items can be returned or exchanged 30 days from delivery. Sales items are final sale. In person shopping is final sale.

Customer is responsible for returning item for exchange. Please message the shop to exchange your order and let us know which item you would like to exchange for equal value and we will send you the return address. Once item is received, item(s) of equal value will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.

Cancellations 🚫

Please message us within 24 hours to cancel your order if necessary. Please include your order # number in the message including order info such as name, first and last.
